We learn new things every day and support all employees in finding their personal superpowers.

Our employee development offer is based on the Chiesi vision , our leadership principles and the principles of the Chiesi values. We support our employees in finding and developing their own personal superpowers. In doing so, we follow the 70-20-10 principle of learning:

  • We develop 70% of our skills in a self-directed manner as part of our work activities (on the job),
  • 20% we learn from our colleagues, coaches and mentors in what is known as "social learning",
  • We acquire 10 % of our skills through traditional further education measures such as training courses.

This ensures sustainable, practical and successful skills development.

Through an annual IDP (Individual Development Plan) and regular development meetings with managers, we support our employees in identifying their areas of development
