GPTW is an international research and consulting institute. They regularly conduct an external employee survey and a culture audit for us. Employees are surveyed anonymously and representatively about their satisfaction with the company. The focus is on the topics of leadership, trust, recognition, promotion, care, cooperation, team spirit and identification with the company. Company managers also provide information on measures and instruments for personnel and management work.
