Parental month: one month of paid leave for parents without maternity protection. Full net salary in the first month of parental allowance for parents with maternity leave
Sabbatical: Sabbatical of up to three months every three years possible, provided you have been with the company for two years.
Care support: in addition to the 10 days statutory leave. Top-up of the care support allowance up to the contractual monthly net salary. A further 10 days paid leave in an acute care situation. Also applies to close acquaintances and friends.
