For us, work doesn't just take place in the office, because we want work and private life to be compatible.
We work in the hybrid model. This means that our employees can work in the office, but also on the move from a different location.
We see time spent together in the office as valuable "team time". They give us the opportunity to experience our special Chiesi culture.
Our move to Hamburg's city center (in September 2025) will allow us to co-design our new office building according to our own wishes and needs - according to the motto "Italian culture meets Hanseatic flair". Our aim is to design a more inclusive and barrier-free building.
