Entry with an overview – our two-year trainee programme gives you the chance to get to know all the important core tasks as well as processes and structures by working in different areas. In addition, a one-month stay at our headquarters in Parma, Italy, gives you the opportunity to get to know your respective corporate division, gain international experience and build a network.

With our sales trainee programme, we train talented young professionals, develop them in the field and prepare them for sales. Through professional and methodical training during the two-year programme, you will receive the support of your regional manager, our sales trainer and sales coaches to achieve the programme goal of "Fit for Field Service".
Your qualifications:
A successfully completed degree in natural sciences or other relevant studies with a recognition of expertise as a pharmaceutical consultant according to § 75 para. 3 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
A completed apprenticeship with a medical/pharmaceutical focus.
Ideally, some initial practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry (internships/student work, pharmaceutical representative), but no more than 12 months of relevant professional experience.
Strong sales and communication skills.
