Getting to know each other
The first step is a 30-minute telephone interview.
Depending on which function (office staff, field service, management position, etc.) you are interested in, you will take part in one or two interviews, possibly also half-day or full-day assessment centres – we will discuss the exact process together during the telephone interview.
If possible, you will get to know your future team in advance.
We come to an agreement
Ideally, we fit together well and discuss an offer. In any case, you will receive personal feedback.
Approximately four weeks before your start, you will receive a welcome e-mail from us with the most important information. Your contact persons will contact you and make sure that everything is organized and that you feel welcome from the very beginning.
