You apply

Fill out the application form for the job advertisement of your choice and upload your documents (cover letter, current CV, relevant certificates and references).
As soon as your application has been received, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via e-mail. Did you forget to upload a document, or do you want to add further documents? No problem – send us an e-mail to karriere.de(at)chiesi.com.

We check

We will take a close look at your application and receive an assessment from the departments.
We will send you our feedback promptly.
If the feedback is positive, we will start the personal interviews.

Getting to know each other

The first step is a 30-minute telephone interview.

Depending on which function (office staff, field service, management position, etc.) you are interested in, you will take part in one or two interviews, possibly also half-day or full-day assessment centres – we will discuss the exact process together during the telephone interview.

If possible, you will get to know your future team in advance.

We come to an agreement

Ideally, we fit together well and discuss an offer. In any case, you will receive personal feedback.

Onboarding

Approximately four weeks before your start, you will receive a welcome e-mail from us with the most important information. Your contact persons will contact you and make sure that everything is organized and that you feel welcome from the very beginning.
