How does the application process at Chiesi GmbH work?


The positions currently available can be found in the vacancies section. Detailed information on the position can be found by clicking on the relevant link. After sending the online application form, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of the application. All applications are of course handled in confidence. If you have any additional information to your application, would like to add more documents or have a question, please send an email to career(at)chiesi-germany.com.

Your application will be forwarded to the relevant HR Manager and the department supervisors for checking. Once your qualifications have been checked against the job requirements, we will get in touch with you. In the case of a positive outcome, an initial telephone interview will be conducted followed by an interview with the HR officer and a department supervisor. If the result is positive, a further interview will take place in which you will be given a small task and meet possible future colleagues.


Can I also apply in writing by post?

Effective application ̶ fast reply: Application management at Chiesi is only administered electronically. Applications in paper form will not be considered, but returned with a request to send in an electronic application.

Can I also make a speculative application?

If none of the vacancies fit your profile, you are welcome to introduce yourself at any time via the "speculative application" job opportunity.

Which documents do I need to provide for my application?

Your application to Chiesi should consist of a short but meaningful covering letter, full CV with photo and all relevant credentials and any important certificates.

Is there a limit to the number of additional documents I can upload?

You have the option to upload your documents in 4 separate steps: cover letter, photo, CV and certificates or you can upload your complete application in one file in the CV field. The latter is preferable to us, as it considerably reduces our workload. All files together must not exceed 6MB.

For how long will my application data be stored?

By sending your application to us, you agree for us to hold your electronic data for 6 months. However, once an application process has been completed, all data will be deleted unless you give your express permission for us to save the documents for a future application process.
