Sustainable supply chains

Maintaining the highest ethical standards is a daily priority in all areas of Chiesi’s business and throughout our supply chain. We act with integrity, fairness, responsibility and transparency.

Our Group policy on human rights reaffirms our commitment to combating child labour, forced labour, harassment, abuse and discrimination. It also emphasises freedom of association, health and safety, psychological safety and work-life balance.

Code of Interdependence

The Code of Interdependence is our code of conduct for suppliers. It was created in conjunction with our suppliers and contains many values, goals and tools that represent a fundamental part of the development path towards comprehensive sustainability. The Code shows how necessary and urgent it is to act with the awareness that each of us can and must make a contribution and that we all have a responsibility towards future generations.

Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, the document shows the measures that we and our suppliers are taking for a more sustainable supply chain, and how they can be implemented and verified.
