Personnel development supports our employees in purposefully fulfilling their duties through further training and professional development courses. This optimally supports their professional and personal development and their existing potential.
We accompany and support these learning and development processes with targeted and personal input of further education by means of, among others, training sessions, coaching, e-learning, and team and department workshops.
In 2009, we developed the international Chiesi Academy for junior managers. Selected high potentials complete a two-year Chiesi Corporate Master Programme. A further initiative of the Chiesi Academy is the Chiesi Executive Master Programme DEAL (Development for Executives and Leaders) – for our especially "driven" managers.
